Sales Executive

Drive sales of aftermarket spare parts for concrete pumps, batching plants, and transit mixers — from first inquiry to repeat orders.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from contractors, RMC plants, and fleet operators, and convert them into orders
  • Identify the right part by brand, Sr. No., or Ref. No. and prepare accurate quotations
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts across Kerala and beyond
  • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch to confirm stock and delivery timelines
  • Follow up on quotes and payments, and keep customer records up to date

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in spare parts, heavy equipment, or construction machinery
  • Working knowledge of concrete pumps, batching plants, or transit mixers is a strong plus
  • Good communication in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an advantage
  • Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups and basic spreadsheets
  • Self-driven, organised, and willing to travel locally for customer visits
